What We Provide
For close to two decades, we have been providing continuous legal services to clients locally and out of Sierra Leone. As and when necessary, we work closely with the office of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, government ministries, parastatals and agencies as well as other professional colleagues.
In the course of providing services, we develop structures to address risks and mitigation of risks; ensuring at all times that conflict of interest situations are detected early and addressed.

ABOUT US
The firm was launched in 2006 as an offshoot of the law practice of the firm’s lead partner, Yada Hashim Williams. To date, the firm has pooled a wealth of experience and a substantial amount of professional man-years in predominantly commercial law practice, whether transactional or in litigation. The firm’s growth since its inception has been rooted in our belief in establishing long-term interpersonal relationships between our clients and ourselves, which has brought along huge portfolios along newer, larger and broad-spectrum practice areas.
